These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to podcastbot.ai (the “Site”), the marketing website for Podcast Bot, operated by Ozen.fm and its affiliates (“Ozen.fm”, “we”, “us”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

Not a binding offer

Content on the Site (including the revenue calculator and product descriptions) is for general information. It is not a binding offer, guarantee of performance, or legal or financial advice. Commercial relationships are governed by separate agreements and order forms.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site—for example, by attempting unauthorized access, interfering with security, scraping in a way that harms performance, or using the contact form to send unlawful or abusive content.

Intellectual property

The Site, Podcast Bot branding, text, graphics, and media are owned by Ozen.fm or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without our prior written consent except as allowed by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ozen.fm and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100) unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction require otherwise. Courts in New York County, New York may have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to those mandatory rules.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
